WHY BARE*LY

Aseptic cartons suck. That's it, it was that simple.

Despite a recycling symbol, we found the reality is most local councils will tell you to put them straight into the general waste bin because almost nowhere in Australia has the specialised recycling facilities required to recycle them. In fact, 90% of them end up in landfill.

After finding out about this, we we’re set on our mission to eliminate these pesky cartons, and talked with as many plant-mylk drinkers as possible. From this, we learnt everything that the Bare*ly powder recipe would need to be truly special: a great taste, healthy & natural ingredients, work wonders in a coffee - all while keeping it carton free.

Meeting as three University students (and plant mylk enjoyers) we’re determined to tackle this issue with the support of our awesome community. Bare*ly is our chance to make a sustainable impact for all those on the journey with us .

Now we work hard to bring this vision to life, to ensure the mylk we drink is made from what makes life good.
